Hey Shawk, besides getting a nice pay package and great benefit package the executives get options and warrants weather the stock goes up or down. I am a small contracter and businessman and I am trying to scratch up enough money to get a broken tooth fixed that I broke 2 months ago. Should have become a mining exec. instead.
