RE:RE:RE:RE:Where's the beef? I have never understood how the number of shares outstanding is an issue for any company.  What is relevant  for the aquirer is the current market cap and the price that the acquirer is willing to pay above the market cap (both numbers would be divided by the same number of shares outstanding to value on a per share basis).  I do understand that the debentures do affect the current price as they are convertable and will dilute when share price is above $1.40.  But the number of shares outstanding?  Come on, drop that one - it is red herring and you know it....  gltals
