"The new date set for Temex's annual and special meeting of shareholders is Monday, September 14, 2015 (the "Meeting"). The Meeting will be held to consider, among other things, the proposed plan of arrangement pursuant to the terms of an arrangement agreement (the"Lake Shore Arrangement Agreement") entered into between Temex and Lake Shore Gold Corp. ("Lake Shore") dated July 31, 2015, on the terms disclosed in the Company's press release of July 31, 2015. The record date for the Meeting will remain as July 16, 2015. "
