no, I don't think he has anything up his sleeve as this "great" deal includes a $37 million back-out clause.  if LSG backs out of the deal they need to pay TAHO $37 million of our cash.  great, huh.  so, any suitor would also need to add that $37 million (about $0.10 / share) to the offer.  what a joke, seems like the hayseed got screwed by the cityslicker again.
