It seems like someone does not want this stock to hit a dollar.

IMO LSG is fallowing the same patterns as every other miner and the TSXV in General. I think if we get a couple closes around the 1360 mark it will be hard for the market not to get involved.

Well if it is short selling (shares they dont own) its going to be painful loss. That is usually where you get the air pockets up as the shorts try and cover by buying any shares available at that time. The chart action and volumes over the past month to my novice eyes suggests that LSG surged from the covering. Then those same players are trying to short again at a new level. And  ...more

Yes, it looks like some investor/house is accumulating at 95cents and it trying to prevent it taking off to $1.

Someone posted on this board a while back that the bigger funds aren't able to invest in stocks with stockprices under a buck. Maybe that's what is holding us back as they are scrambling to accumulate before the big guys move in. Just a thought.

Gold in CAD terms is not doing so hot because USD came down. Today's US spot price of gold is up but ABX is down, FNV flat, G slightly positive. On Monday we touched $1498 CAD per ounce, right now we're at $1483 CAD. The report for the last quarter with actual profit instead of loss will come out march. It's mostly priced in but it will probably cause a little rally regardless because ...more
