The next year should be exciting

as by next May our monthly payments on Gold link not will be over leaving us just the $20 million on stanby line. The debentures aren't due to Sept.2017 therefore lots of time to build cash for that.Hyw 144 project will have $5 million of drilling complete and we might have a new resourse in our books to go along with Thunder Creek ,Timmins Mine and Golden River over in West end.Bell Creek will have the new zones defined and new minning layout down to 925 meter level.Cash flow at present is $50 million and on average we are making $5 million therefore we could have around $ 110,000,000.00 in the account of freee cash. That my friends for a .80 cent stock is a no brainer .Gold season is 3 months away and price should go up and even more cash could flow our way. Therefore don't listen to the naysayers and be strong stay lond.GLTAL

For any investment you should have a clear idea why you are there. Want exploration windfall? Wrong company. Go with an exploration junior. Want rock solid income stream? Wrong company - go with a major. Want exposure to gold? Wrong investment - buy futures. You go into this one because you want aggressive income growth potential and are willing to accept risk. Therefore you want to see the ...more

I agree with you Allthewaydown , as money made will be for new shaft to 1400 m level at Bell Creek allowing them to go to 6,000 tpd and over 300,000 onces of anual production.GLTAL p.s. then the Feen Gibb project will come to fruitition.

Your writing is very eloquent. I cut to the bone where I see potential. LSG is in the well known historical gold belt of Timmins Ontario. They  have great exploration potential. LSG "is" a very decent exploration bet. That was why I bought these LSG shares in great numbers. For me nothing has changed. I want LSG to expand the resource base and hit the mother of all loads. All we can hope for is that Tony does not forget that and runs off to buy PIE IN THE SKY

You mean the 6000tpd and new shaft PIE IN THE SKY.. I smell more Franco-Nevada and Sprott loans cooking in the oven... hahahaha

ALL WE CAN DO IS HOPE TONY HAS NOT FORGOTTEN . I STILL WONDER WHY DAN LEFT ????

You might not be far off the mark brama..."risk reward"....I don't think the mines are developed enough to handle 6000 tpd on a regular basis. If they expand and borrow we are at risk. I agree with goeffs about getting the loans paid off. If the price of gold slips due to an ever increasing economy before an election LSG will be in the house of pain. If gold prices suddenly swing ...more

Goldhappy I find the position of setting the LSG priority as paying off its debt and then saying LSG should take its money and spend it on exploraion for new gold discoveries confusing. Its the same pot of money --- any money spend on exploration is then not available to pay off debt?? Profits will increase the LSG share price.. At this stage of LSG profits without a reduction for exploration ...more

Yoda...you thoughts are well taken. I know exploration is far cheaper than mine or mill development. More resource outlined the larger/longer the operation can plan for into the future. How can you expand for more profit in the future if you lack proper information. I also would like to see LSG strike it big...higher grade orebody. You can get a lot of milage out of a  $ 5 million exploration ...more

GH you convinced me. A small exploration budget would appear wise. Thank you.

"You can get a lot of mileage out of a $5 million exploration program. That will be only about 10% of the profit and it is tax deductable." Goldhappy - the $5 million that LSG has raised for this exploration program is not tax deductible.  LSG have issued flow through shares to fund this program which means that the tax deduction is passed to the purchasers of the shares. & ...more

Mongoose...thanks for the tax info. I did not know those details. I am sure you helped give knowledge and understanding to many on this topic of tax and flow through shares and how they are used.
