Create the Spinoff with Moneta now.
The is a way for management to greatly add value to shareholders. It has been a tough 3 years.
If LSG gets bought out they would keep the spinoff company. They would take the funds and drill out the volcanics. The rest of the funds would go to the large mill. This would be the makings of the next Malartic or Detour.
