RE:RE:Create the Spinoff with Moneta now.
Idle: Both companies have about 5 million oz. They would show up to the table with equal contributions. The central mill would be on the Moneta property. LSG has some cash flow. Both companies have volcanics with much upside. They are not going to each build a $600 mill. This is a way to build a larger company where the sum is greater than the parts.
This would add value now. It would also increase the share price. It would force another company to pay up on a take out and it opens the door for a better future. Currently no value is being given for Fenn Gib. It will be too late when a bid is offered at 30% premium.

cre8value, there deposit has lots of overbudden and costly , otherewise would've been taken out a long time ago .There are 3 pits costly not for Lakeshore , sorry my opinion. GLTAL
