They ruin lives. They are not accountable to no one. The law does not apply to people like them. Have you noticed that prior to these report institutions endorse these companies with favourable ratings. Once the carnage begins they don't run to these companies' rescue, instead they buy at a lower price to accumulate more. When their target is reached they REITERATE they confidence on the now beaten companies. Why? Because they are also part of this activity. Remember, it's their game !!!
