Wall Street also rallied as the S&P advanced 1.45% to nearly 4,500, the Nasdaq 1.74% to about 14,000, and the Dow up 0.85%. Tech stocks here also enjoyed large moves: Tesla up 7.69% as the most-traded name, Nvidia 4.16% and AMD 3.23%. Also, Albemarle rose 4.28% and Best Buy added 3.86%.
