You don't seem to understand what is going on with these companies you mention. No one is intentionally holding back diamonds, if they can get more diamonds to market , they will, it is either a massive processing issue as with LUC, or diminishing of quality pay dirt as in the other two. If these guys could get more out of the ground they would.
All of these companies have adjusted their guidence to reflect these facts.
