RE:Does anyone elseThat type of two-house sp manipulation really bothered myself and a number of others over at FCU, to the point that we wrote IIROC letters to complain about the situation.  The few that actually got replies were basically told that that is how an efficient market behaves.  For my part, I am more concerned about a level playing field than an 'efficient' market.
