No car company will support this as it adds extra load and drain cycles to the battery and will cause premature cell failure. Warranty costs and bad press.This can be avoided by not ecouraging the car battterys to be used as a utility store of power. Elon did say if you want to store your solar power buy a tesla wall battery. The ICE is long from dead. I am pro electric car but I am not blinded by the marketing wank
