The underground thing is a bit serious not to have been spotted earlier.

I don't think the Clara situation has played out yet. An announcement about that could come any time.

PS I got the wrong impression from this statement about the changeover:-

Lucara Diamond Corp. announces the intention to appoint William Lamb as the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer and a director, replacing Ms. Eira Thomas.

If, like me, you thought that Willie replaced Eira as a director as well as CEO you were wrong.
She is still a director and their number is now 8.
