Because they are so big. Lundin Gold is part of the Lundin Group which runs 15 international corporations.  They deal with the big boys, not retailers like us. I am dissapointed that the exploration programme isn't being given more promotion.  A hazard of playing with the big boys.

Management is doing nothing. Lundin is wasted money.

I think management is doing a great job, with low AISC and good operating results. As well, with Newcrest holding 32% of the shares (as well as 60% of the debt) and Lundin Family holding 27% of the shares, shareholders have good company. When the elections get out of the way on April 11, Lundin will then depend on the price of gold, which has been very weak in the recent past.  Lundin Gold ...more

But finally it doesn't matter. The share price is a mess, just a disaster.  The focus of all acitives should be how to create shareholder value. And in that case the management failed.

With less than 20% of all shares in the hands of retailers the big boys can manipulate the price as they see fit, any time they see fit, for their reasons.  All retailers are along for the ride.  Surely you have noticed that neither management nor the big boys care what retailers think of their stock or it's retail market price.   When the big boys decide to send ...more

Management should be able to create shareholder value. Yes, from operational standpoint, they are doing good. But they also need to attract investors. But from that side they are doing a bad job.

New investors will come in when the price of gold will be higher.  Management does not control that.  They can only act on what they can control.
