RE: Magellan and Boeing

RE: Magellan and BoeingIf MAL cannot make money now they will never be able to.  India and China will start to get more and more business for plane parts from the likes of Boeing and Airbus only because they are big customers.  Plane buying is politics, and what better way to get your customers to buy more from you then to show them that much content is being produced in your country.

This will leave MAL out in the cold.  No money to develop new plants in low cost countries and too high cost structure to compete with them.  Their 8% EBITDA margins are telling the story.  The bankers already know this and that is why Edwards has to guarantee their loans so that they can get financing at half reasonable rates.
