RE:RE:OutlookMurray Edwards owns 75% of the shares and could easily privatize ; if you own shares you have a risk that he wants to buy - there is no other purchaser than can easily do the deal , if he wants to sell , then he'll sell at whatever price he wants to sell it at .
Your shares don't matter ; they won't tip the balance of power .
I will say it's the only public company , i've ever seen without corporate biographies for their directors on their website............. Off to sedarplus if I cared ........ which I don't .
