Outlook
Magellan's quarterly report spends considerable verbage discussing the industry outlook whick is very positive. However, there is nothing to give us any guidance relative to the company itself. And, of course, there is no conferefnce call.
Surely a word or two of guidance would be appropriate rather than continuing to blame COVID for their dismal performance.

This company could certainly act more like a public company. It is almost like they want to keep the stock price low and never play the pubco play. Very dodgy, stale board.

The insiders own 79.3% of the shares. A few long term investment funds another 2.7%. Roughly 82% in total I wonder if a buyout or takeover is in the cards.

Would make much more sense now then pre-covid prices. It sures feels like someone is curtailing the price of the stock these days.

Good summary of the situation from Faraway1. I see the AGM is coming up this Tuesday April 30th at 2pm at the company HQ at 3160 Derry Road East. Might be interesting to head over to see if they are more forthcoming in the flesh. Maybe ask for a plant tour.
