If someone offers .25 per share would u sell?

If someone offers .25 per share would u sell? The life of San jorge mine is 16 years at 4 million dollars a year in royalties (2.5) to coro the Russians might consider a hostile takeover and privatization of coro. 4 million x 16 years is 64 million. .25 x outstanding shares is 40 million. Not only is it cheaper than 64 million royalties (plus other payments to aquire san jorge) but they get the permitted Berta and the 50% of Nora Plant.
It is my understanding that these people have deep pockets. If my math is right then this becomes a likley scinario dont you think? (on the other hand its very early in the morning and I might be dillusional)
