Trading

Look I'm a long time shareholder and I've been pretty patient over the years but something really smells here! Pershing a big buyer during the run up now helping to push it down. For people smarter than me, what are your thoughts!!!

cheers

I've mentioned this before but Grossmrkup doesn't believe it. Chile copper miners cry foul as royalty bill advances to Senate https://www.reuters.com/world/americas/chile-copper-miners-cry-foul-royalty-bill-advances-senate-2021-05-06/#:~:text=Most%20large%20copper%20miners%20in,in%20addition%20to%20other%20levies.

I'm just saying that if the issue was the remote chance of this tax increase passing it would be bringing down all Chilean copper companies. Which it isn't. I personally think the stock is coming down as people realize Marimaca is a slow burn and isn't going to pop 50% in a couple days. People can pull out and deploy cash elsewhere. Just my opinion. I'm hopeful that when we get the ...more

The PEA for the project is using copper price of $3.15. They have a NPV of 524Mil USD after tax...Copper has easily broken past the all time high. There is no reason why copper can’t sustain a $4 low price range. The price of Coro has nosedived while the price of copper is breaking new all time highs. I don’t buy profit taking. If it’s not the possible of a new tax then it’s market manipulation ...more

Well not much any of us can do about it either way. I don't buy into the market manipulation theory myself and I'll keep using the opportunity to increase my position. I know what I've got here. Come buyout we will be north of $12.00 and I'm happy to wait.

Question is why is it a slow burn ... I don't see as many active avid believers like I see with Solaris or Oco or even Filo that was mentioned previously here on this board. I believe investors should be helping their company by promoting and getting the story out... I Twitted a question why isn't this stock on the radar of investors with skin in the game. There is no excitement about the ...more

Think you've answered your own question. As for whoever said that the acid consumption is high they must not be too bright. The deposit has an AISC of under $1.50 / lb. One of the lowest out there and that includes the cost of acid and takes into account the metallurgy. So they were either ignorant of the PEA or just being intentionally obtuse. The only reason Marimaca doesn't get the ...more

This issue about acid consumption has come up a few times. To see if it has merit, can someone please help me with the basic math on acid consumption costs? The PEA is worth reading rather than just looking at the summary information. It shows net acid consumption at 40 kg of sulfuric acid per tonne for oxide mineralization and 35 kg / t for mixed & enriched mineralization. The testing in ...more

Op costs under $1.50'are amazing, if acid consumption is a reason for concern and not to invest or sell its only ONE of many, it doesn't make any sense to me, nor does the selling for profit with the relatively short timelines for upswing. Now with that said everyone or institution has their reasons, it's what makes the market.  I'm certainly not selling. Economy of scale has yet to be applied to the project as it grows...  I'm trying to find out why this stock is where it is today. It's safe to say that the price performance is not at the level of it's counterparts in the sector. Yes we did more than double in price this year but most of the heavy lifting as they said in the interview has been done by copper.  Producers ...more
