100 employees = $24 million per year so "dozens" more (say 30) = additional $7.2 million per year.     $7.2 mil rev => $3.6 mil to gross profit => $0.02 to eps.   ...more

As I type this at 11:19 am the first 5 BIDS are for 105,000 shares.  The ASK for the first 5 orders are for  21,500.
