That was the reason for the small share trades executed by the market maker a few days ago. This was to get the price down somewhat so that shares could be granted at that price.
This is the bottom fellas, insiders perceive this as the bottom, only good news to follow. Load up if you have not done so yet.
I have accumulated a huge amount of shares over the last few years and have never sold any. I dont agree with the dilution, but at for this instance, they are giving them to staff for their efforts beofre the price gets to high.
