The deal is expected to close in the second half of 2015, pending regulatory approval, what happens now? does the lawsuit automatically change to CSL? I doubt it, it would be nice if the Microbix Lawsuit needs to be settled before the close in 2015. I cannot see a company purchasing another with an impending lawsuit of this magnitude.
There may be certain conditions that need to be met prior to the close in 2015. We shall see.
