RE:RE:Yesterdays News ReleaseThis is a typical example why public companies on TSX-V are really private companies.  It looks like companies can just pull out whatever rule suits them.  I am all for this, if they put the nominees' names on the ballot with their own names and let the shareholders vote.  But it sounds like they will do whatever they want with these nominees.  They just want shareholders to show their hand so that they can fight them off with shareholder resources.  It's really funny.  I prefer duking it out the old fashioned way:  perform and have full support of the shareholders.
