We are Paying the Wages of the BOD
The Board of Directors has accomplished nothing this year and has accomplished nothing for the last 20 years. Yet we the shareholders have been paying their wages. How, the dilution of our holdings via share issuance at discounted values. They obtain shares and will readily sell them at any appreciation, watch and see once the four month holding period is over. This is how they get paid for doing absolutely nothing.
Here we are waiting and holding for the long term payout and these guys are in it for the short term payout. While the share numbers increase and dilute our value. Can you not see that we cannot get out of the (0.5) half share increments. At the next shareholders meeting all shareholders must vote for no more handouts via warrants and issuance of shares.
