Still too many crazies out there

Seems like there are still too many crazies out there holding buckets of cheap shares either dumping for pennies or they just don't understand this company.  Until they are flushed out and leave entirely, we will continue to trade in the dumpster regardless of the great news.  I've been watching the sellers and they've all been small retail investors dumping from 500 to 5000 share trades into the BID. Slowly walking the price down either for what they paid for them or at a loss. Hopefully whoever is buying them intends to hold for their real value.

Agreed. Too many impatient investors. We're back to prices from 2020, despite the increase in intrinsic value. I am prepared to wait years and will continue to load up in the .20-.30's. If you can be patient, this is a no-brainer. Treat this time as an opportunity. Good luck!

I was happy to get another 30k added to the pile on the cheap yesterday and will be holding on to all of them. It's a complete no brainer to anyone who can do some basic math.

Hi All, A couple quick questions, the answers are for sure in the financials but maybe someone can answer for the team. I see there is a normal course issuer bid, so they must have some free cash flow to some degree. but  1) Does MBX have a history of dilution or extensive share options grants to Management? 2)Is there a risk MBX will need to raise cash(ie-dilution) for some of these  ...more

Co. expanded plant for DxTM which has now zero sales. Slide deck says this equipment can be used for other SKUs.

They must have something else in mind.

They do issue shares annually as a part of employee compensation.  This year is the only year they have been buying back stock to offset any dilution.  They have bought back more than they are issuing which is a good thing.  As far as I've heard and as long as they have surplus cash they intend to do this going forward. I think they have already stated there is no future need to ...more

Fiscal '24 they will be making record revenue and they plan to keep +/- $10M cash on hand. They did buy back 2% of their shares via NCIB over the last year - had planned to buy more but their broker restricted them. They have a new broker and NCIB will be starting again in a few weeks, according to Cameron.

Prudent for them to hold cash on the balance sheet. It was mentioned that prospective customers like to see a solid balance sheet with cash before making large or LT contractual commitments. Nevertheless as they are about to be infused with more cash from their partner AND return to profitability, I expect that some more cash will be allocated to NCIB  in late 23 and 24 ( vs prior year ...more
