11:42 AM EST, 02/04/2021 (MT Newswires) -- mdf commerce (MDF.TO) on Thursday said Deborah Dumoulin is being promoted to chief financial officer, while Nicolas Vanasse will become its chief legal officer and corporate secretary.
Dumoulin joined the e-commerce company in November and her appointment was effective on January 1. She is a former partner at PwC Canada.
Vanasse has 20 year of corporate experience and is expected to play a role in the company's acquisition strategy.
"I am confident we have the best possible management team in place to pursue our ambitious growth plans," chief executive Luc Filiatreault said in a release.
