Still calling for close to a double given the sell-off. GLTA

Following in-line fourth-quarter results, Desjardins Securities analyst Kevin Krishnaratne cut his target for mdf commerce inc.  to $19 from $21 with a “buy” rating. The average is $17.08.

“MDF ended year one of its five-year strategic plan with 4Q revenue up 16 per cent year-over-year, with particular strength in key growth areas e-commerce and U.S. strategic sourcing,” he said. “Given momentum in the space, MDF is not slowing down the pace of investment, which is expected to temporarily place some pressure on profits. We agree with management’s strategy to invest in people (highly skilled tech talent), strengthen its tech platform and pursue M&A.”

While agree labour is an issue that needs to be resolved to convert new customers quickly, getting the feeling the story is breaking down with regard to achieving the type of revenue growth required to double/triple the multiples...the next q will be 18 months into the new 5 year strategy and starting to question ability to triple revenues in next 3 years and recover the margins (the plan)...even ...more

I continue to wait to see if they can execute on their plans . I would rather lose some potential profit by waiting to see sustainable progress ( Tecsys is a stock with a somewhat similar business that I do own - less dependent on transactional volumes).
