While I've been a naysayer for a while, think the price is getting ridiculous even if they overpaid for Periscope...all turns on the conf call update and how bullish mgmt are on integration and growth rates...
As usual, will continue to complain about thier lack of imagination in board constitution that seems to prioritize folks with connections to quebec and quebec politics as opposed to the titans of global industry one would expect to be aiming for.

i'd mostly agree with the sentiment..only thing holding it back is revenue growth isnt strong enough historically to attain the high multiples MDF wants to be compared to...hopefully this quarter changes that
