Absolutely terrible to see the share price move ahead of news. That thing is such a turnoff for shareholders or prospective investors. It's a page out of the mining world where those in the close circles get the memo and have the advantage and everyone else is at a disadvantage.

The company pre-announced record revenue... You just had to plug the revenue number in and speculate with the rest going into the release yesterday. The turnoff is their balance sheet with 90 M$ of debts with 30 M$ short term , cash is only 10 M$ and they posted a barely positive ebitda. No wonder they preannouced their sales figures cause nobody would have bought that share based on balance sheet.

They will have  to raise cash soon with the load of debts they have , that is why they built that PR strategy to raise the SP avoiding massive dilution.
