Hard to say with MEG. You could wait on the sidelines until we see a recovery in oil, but you're likely to not be around for a takeover or sale of access. You will also see COS shareholders moving for SU to MEG if that sale is successful. Most mid cap (COS) guys won't want that same money in large cap. Tax loss will most likely see people moving from one oil stock to another for the required 30 days and then back to their top picks.
