where have all the energy investors gone?

where have all the energy investors gone?sad state in canadian energy sector but things will turn around the good operators of which I consider MEG one of.

Germany and france have banned fracking, but the USA keeps fracking and increasing production in spite of very low prices sucking out shale oil from their best sweet spots, but how much longer  can they do this?

anti fracking grassroots are also gaining momentum in USA, maybe they won't be able to stop fracking in certain states but others might ban it as well.  New York for example banned fracking.

just as anti oil sands movement  has changed things, anti fracking might also change things and in the background OPEC just laughs all the way to the bank increasing production and market share.

in canada we can't even agree on comittee members for a pipeline review process, never mind approving an actual pipeline that will benefit all canadians and maintain a high standard of living.

we live in interesting times is all I can say.

one more point, did you know that EV batteries can't be recycled at a resonable cost, since they need an oxygen free environment otherwise they catch on fire.

API numbers will be released after the market closes today, should be interesting if anything.

will storage go up again after the storms as everyone is expecting or will there be another large draw for oil and gasoline and surprise the markets again?

good luck everyone longs and shorts, interestimg times
