I would expect a higher bid but don’t believe one will materialize for at least two months. I expect a data room will be opened with a first bid deadline of early November and final deadline at end of November. Due to size, limited number of acquirers. It appears that the arbs are actively buying the stock in anticipation of a higher bid.
