Okay. when he took action, the dread of a depression was still lingering around

But now the TSX and the S&P 500 doubled since.

Does he still believes a depression in on the horizon, why is he not reversing course?

A simply returning a fraction of the dividend he took away, will cause this stock to fly.

Lots of companies are paying dividends (not cutting) above their earnings now, because they are confidence
they will make it back in the future.

Does he not have confidence that his company can do better in the future?......then show it !!
