RE:Manual LifeAgreed. Expansion can be good over the long term but the flat EPS growth over the past 5 years could use some attention too.
Not a fan of buybacks when there's no EPS growth...that usually comes back and bites real hard, plus the assets just disappear forever. Hopefully the buyback idea is carefully considered and discarded.
There's also room for the dividend to move up or even for a positive dividend surprise which can get more buyers to pile on and help the s/p.
