RE:RE:RE:well.. this is shorter report..With 30 yeeas US bond at 3,35%, even if the plaintiff win and they place 100 000 000 000, Manulife would have only to buy 30 Years bond and the will only lose the spread which is 0,65% whihc would represent 650 million $ which is not a lot of money for Manulife.  Even a small actuarial change represent more than that.  And anyway, who has 100 Billion to invest in a deposit account.
