That should be a valuable, growing segment. The world will no doubt move this way for climate and humane reasons. Speed of transition I'm not too sure on, but the climate issue adds urgency (as we've seen with oil). I would guess that about 65% of the market cap is attached to the animal protein business. The other 35% is for the plant protein business. Valuation seems very reasonable here..... if you ask me.
