RE: Thinker1951. Why sell warrants to buy shares?I dont sell warrants to buy shares. That occurs if the warrants are in the money and you can exercise them. I buy warrants with the hope that they will outperform the underlying shares. They usually do because they are leveraged. Of course the underlying shares need to go up in sp for this to happen. Its about leverage and patience and picking stocks that are rising. I sold my mga warrants because their was a profit there. I didnt know that mga was going to crash so my timing was good and lucky. Now I am trying to buy back in at a much cheaper price.
