Shareholders pay for Sheldon

Well i would like to know how this unlooks shareholders value.I think it is the other way around,properties are sold at the cheap, that equals a loss for shareholders,Sheldon and a buddy get to sit on the board of Nexgen where down the road the are granted millions of shares for doing nothing.SOUNDS GOOD FOR SHELDON AND BAD FOR SHAREHOLDERS.GLTO
