I believe Greenstone wanted to do the deal AND wanted to make sure it was fair. Also, regulatory bodies offer significant protections for us. Independent fairness opinions would be sought. With the FS NPV IRR etc out we have a great idea of what fair is. Lastly Greenstone are not miners. They are investors with expertise in the sector. Give Haworth a call if you're concerned. Cheers.

I concur with LCP. Greenstones are in to make money. After buying MIN, what does Greenstones do then? Why not let current management continue its course? The MIN story still has more to tell yet......
