However, I do wonder about the bad placement theory- there is basically nothing for sale in the 80s most of the time, so they are drip selling and keeping the price at this level. I think we need to seriously consider that it is being held down by the "bad placement" for another purpose- mostly likely a buyout.
Otherwise, if copper gets a lift, this company will be moving into production and should be well placed for a re-rate.
