What I've found too many times is management gets so emotionally invested that they treat the company as if it were their own private business instead of being fully accountable to the real owners....the shareholders. When I run into that I run away...fast. There's more going on here than meets the eye and management clearly is concerned or they would be pounding their chests at their success. I wouldn't touch this thing.
