I'm a Buyer

Based on the latest financial statements available (September 30, 2020) Excelsior had 239,630,082 shares outstanding and another 20,965,000 shares under warrant exercisable at various prices for a total of 260,595,082 shares.

The offering has been upsized to 29,000,000 shares with warrants for another 29,000,000 shares and the over-allotment of 4,350,000 will result in approximately 323 million shares outstanding assuming all warrants are exercised.  Or an increase in the number of shares outstanding of 23.9%.

As a result of all that happening the company will receive new capital of approximately $50 million (USD) based on the current exchange rate.

As I type this, copper is at $3.76.  Excelsior's financial models are based on copper at $2.75.  That's an increase of 36.7%.  That would boost the NPV from $730 million to north of $1 billion.  Not to mention that many are projecting copper going to $4 and even $5.

At an NPV of $1 billion and a conservative take-out value of approximately 65% - 70% of NPV, Excelsior could have a purchase value of approximately $2.15 USD a share, maybe higher.  I think we'll see the company bought out prior to Stage 3 and quite possibly shortly after nameplate. It's 73 cents USD as I write this.  Do your own due diligence but I'm staying in and will be buying more.

I live in Arizona and my office is about 20 minutes from Excelsior's office.  The mine is about three hours away.  I've been to the office four or five times meeting with Steve and at the mine twice for tours.  I have gotten to know several members of the Excelsior team personally.  For people to disparage their motives on this board is uncalled for and does not reflect the dedication they have to bring this mine to complete nameplate production.

AB,  As always thanks for your information. My question to you and Excelsior management is, "why do you keep shareholders in the dark, even when some other entity disparages your company?"
Comment by Tartam on Feb 11, 2021 11:48am
Sorry AB, I know you don't keep shareholders in the dark.

Big RED FLAG....see if you can get them to answer why only 1/3d of the wellfield is active and why half of that is having issues....I'll guarantee you they won't give you an answer.

Gee, sorry I've changed my mind and can no longer write fluffy rainbow comments to keep you hopeful

Its ok,  metalman,  I know you wanted to believe but the pp turned you off.   I can accept that.   What keeps me going is the TKO comment.   Long time shareholders were really p issed but are now rejoicing.    Same could happen here after the dust settles.   MIN also has to execute to make it all good in the end.  I'm hoping they will.
Comment by metalhead666 on Feb 11, 2021 2:39pm
"Hope" is not a very good investment thesis...the PP most definitely turned me off but more so was the unwillingness of the company to defend itself AND refusing to explain why half the current wells have not achieved "breakthrough"....they could have offered a believable explaination like it takes more time, or we're almost there..but they refused to answer. That tells me ...more

And why did you hide this information when you shared meeting notes with us after you have met JJ some days ago ?

Metal  I am just wondering why are still here. Some people got the message you are to convey. I am just curious what is it for you to stick around if you no longer believe in the company.

Good question.   Is it sour grapes that he's tasting now.   He's out,  I get that.  so see you, Metalguy has sold on paper but not in his mind or he wouldn't bother posting.
Comment by metalhead666 on Feb 11, 2021 3:15pm
Fair question...because it interests me especially how it ultimately resolves itself and if I'll be right in bailing or not. I never understood why so many on these boards insist on only opinions that support their bullish bias.
