RE:My opinion is this any only my opinion
not much for existing shareholders to be happy about if it goes private...not much at all. as to new management being new...misnomer-its recycled former management under an old label now under a new one. when management shakes up the top end of their enterprise the whole tree looses its leaves-it is akin go changing a coach and director of player personnel and player development of a major sports team that took on the character of its leader...an entire sea change and attitude and direction shift takes place when removal of the vision, game plan and play book author is asked to leave. there will be old former appointed assistant coaches to the former head coach that eventually will leave on their own unable to acccomdate the new guy or eventually asked to take their stuff to the curb as the new guy brings in his own guys they feel comfortable with from past experience and situtuational like thinking. MoodMedia ate up to many other smaller players too quickly in the role of the consolidator-in an effort to grow in a rather fragmented market. When you grow that quickly thru aquiring others-it is fraught with its open risks and perils of difficultry-so while Mood was/is in the process of integrating everything-and the CEO announces his move south to the US to be close to the playing field he created-his hold on the reigns is snatched from his hands-so right now and for a while longer the team of horses run scattered over unknown terrain. So going private while their trying to sort all the other stuff out? Double whammy in the wrong direction...IMO. SS
