that this new Prez and Chairman were probably hand picked by the majors shareholders. I still personally believe that this company will go private with a management buyout with the help of the major fund managers. I have no knowledge of this but i am just speculating.... any thoughts...

not much for existing shareholders to be happy about if it goes private...not much at all. as to new management being new...misnomer-its recycled former management under an old label now under a new one. when management shakes up the top end of their enterprise the whole tree looses its leaves-it is akin go changing a coach and director of player personnel and player development of a major sports
