RE:RE:$500,000,000 annual revenue and only .84 centsthe rumour has it that during the strategic review there was a report created valueing the company in the $4 to 6 dollar range.  now i have no proof of these but this is what is being said.  the company will not confirm or denie the report but could be the reason why they did not want to sell the company.....new management and directors got a lot of cheap shares in the process. 

if the company can reduce cost (which they are doing), snag new Premier Contracts (QSR and Government ), and pay down their debt.  i can see this stock close to $3.00 by end of Dec 2014.

Also, dont forget they have some strategic alliances with Yahoo Business, Trip Advisors and Universl Music Group.....

Once this gets  stable, i can see the company list the stock on an American Exchange....Which exchange will be best for them (Nasdaq, NYSE, or AMEX)....any thoughts

However, i am no Genee ..just looking for the best.....
