RE:RE:New Low2BWiser

That sums it up.  Emerged from bankruptcy with one hand tied behind its back.

Last sentence should be highlighted again:

"Much needs to be fixed in the support structure and mgmt is more focused on revenue growth without the ability to support it."

The question is do they have any wiggle room financially to make the necessary adjustments.

There's a downside to outsourcing...They don't seem to teach that in MBA school.

Also, sales people should spend most/all of there time selling, not placating customers due to inept installation/order fulfilllment and customer support.

This is a simple company that sells an almost mandatory product under long term agreements.
Most companies do not have such luxuries in business.  Further, they have consolidated the industry (successfully? yet to be determined).  Maybe Warren Buffet should buy it.  Eliminate the debt and it might flourish despite the long list of MBA "F" ups over the years.

End rant.
