Financials don't look too bad and the outlook is upbeat, much better than last quarter where they painted a disappointing 4th quarter. I think the markets were expecting the worst but the company survives another day and hopefully is on the way to being cash flow positive. We are already 2 months into this year so I think they would have cautioned if the cash flow positive was going to be delayed further.

Most importantly no significant debt is due for another 4 years so that gives plenty of time to turn this around. I also read through the MD&A and there were no going concern statements; MM believes they have enough liquidity to cover themselves for the next 12 months at least. I expect a bit of a relief rally as right now the stock is priced for imminent bankruptcy.
