Is there something to compare (apples to apple) Mood with to see if the share price is undervalued? Mood will be approaching nearly $ 550,000.00 in annual revenue, has debt of 600 millioin, 130M shares outstanding and hopefully will be seeing 20-30 million a year profit before too long if the synergies work out.
