DD-TSE LISTING IN JEOPARDY
DD-I made a couple calls-there is real danger of losing TSE listing requirements related to minimum price-period of time. What I was communicated is a R/S may be in the offing
to help facilitate a US Listing be it Nasdaq or NYSE-I would think its more suited to a NYSE presence whre broader market exposure to a US investor base and access for trading
would be desired as most of its corporate presence and front office face and space
is south of the 49th now anyways.
I would think there could be news of a special R/S vote on this thing in 1st calendar q of 2014.
I am up close to 50% now since my recent entry point and will be selling half of my position when we see .80 or so per share-leaving the rest behind free and clear and is something I suggest you and any other investor do on this thing or any other stock no matter how compelling the story...to mitigate any and all associated investment risk the markets
invariably provide.
